This is my first post ever!
What I want to do in this blog is provide meal recipes & ideas & tips for you with ingredient listings/costs so that you can sit down once a week and plan your food shopping/cooking for the week ahead. I want to end forever that "Oh no, what am I going to cook tonight?" feeling when you get in from a hard day at the office. Say Goodbye to ready meals and take-aways as the default meal setting. Say Hello to the new confident cook thats hiding in all of us (possibly more hidden in some than others)!
